Grief and Grieving.. two of the most difficult things anyone will ever go through. I have read so many things about the stages of grief, how to handle them, what to expect, etc. When it comes right down to it, one thing remained pretty much the same. No two people will go through the grief process in the same way.

We as individuals are unique and so it stands to reason that the way we handle loss is bound to be as unique as we are. There are no right ways or wrong ways to grieve. Some people are just much more able to accept their losses and move forward, whereas some people feel the effects of loss for a much longer time. I believe, too that the relationships we shared with the lost loved one have an enormous, all around impact on the entire grief process.
