November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month.

In an effort to raise awareness of this often forgotten and overlooked killer, Cancergrief.com will be devoting our home page to stories of lung cancer written and shared by patients, family members, caregivers, and friends as well as by people who have lost someone to this disease.

Thank you to ALL who have taken the time to send us their stories. It is both an honour and a privilege to share this special month with you. Together I hope we can illustrate that lung cancer is NOT just “the smokers cancer”, that it targets everyone, smokers and non smokers, young and old. It simply does not discriminate and in that light, the funding and research should not discriminate against this cancer, either.
